What data sources can I connect?
CiteSure supports Confluence, Google Drive, SharePoint, Notion, internal wikis, and custom document repositories via our API. We are constantly adding new integrations.
How does access control work?
CiteSure respects the permissions set on your source documents. If a user doesn't have access to a document in the original system, they won't see answers derived from it. On Professional and Enterprise plans, you can also define custom role-based policies.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise plans include SOC 2 compliance, audit logging, and the option for on-premise deployment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
