Our Story
We started CiteSure after watching support teams, product managers, and engineers struggle with the same problem: finding trustworthy answers in their own documentation. Existing search tools returned links, not answers. And even when AI tools started providing responses, there was no way to verify them.
We knew there had to be a better way. What if every answer came with a citation—a direct reference to the source document, section, and paragraph? What if access controls ensured that sensitive information stayed protected?
That idea became CiteSure Knowledge: a platform that transforms internal documentation into a question-answering engine where every response is cited, verifiable, and permission-aware.
